I have also loved doing outline designs on procreate. Here are some examples.
These are by far the easiest designs I have done. All you need is a photo to outline. I set a background color for each of the designs and used another layer for the outline. I used the white color with the monoline brush to draw the outline. I think the white color allow for the most clean design.
I wanted to keep this type of design very simple.
