During college, I follow a predominantly carb based diet. I value simplicity when it comes to meal prep and cooking. Here are two of my favorite toast recipes that are super nutritious and easy to prep:
For the first toast on the left, the ingredients I used include wheat bread, cranberry goat cheese from Costco, and pomegranate seeds. The pomegranate seeds are very important as they provide a very juicy flavor. I didn’t used to be a big fan of cheese but cranberry goat cheese is my new favorite.
For the toast on the right, I used cranberry walnut bread from Costco and scrambled an egg. I then spread some avocado on the bread to sandwich the egg. I tried to cut the remaining avocado to look presentable.
