San Francisco Part 3

During these weeks of social distancing, I have been reminiscing on my past travels. I have already written two articles regarding my adventures during my 2018 San Francisco trip: San Francisco Part 1 and San Francisco Part 2. However, I recently found some more of my photos during that trip.

One of the few museums I explored was the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. I am probably one of those rare people that enjoy looking at modern art. I loved the High Museum in Atlanta and the Phoenix Art Museum which both offer many exhibits of modern art. The works of art at the SF one were very unique and I had a wonderful time.

I typically always visit the chinatowns at every major city I go to. However, this time Japantown blew me away. I had ramen at one of their smaller restaurants and enjoyed a black sesame taiyaki for dessert. This was my first time trying taiyaki and it was absolutely delicious.

Of course, no trip to San Francisco is complete with out a quick stop at the famous Painted Ladies. This row of colorful pastel houses is featured in the title sequence for the show Full House. I used to watch a few episodes when I was younger. The only problem was that it was a bit difficult to find parking for this spot.
