My First Experience with my Fujifilm Instax mini 11

My newest hobby is photography. I recently just bought a Fujifilm Instax Mini 11 polaroid camera from Urban Outfitters along with some instant film. I have always been in to editing photos for quite some time using vsco and iPhone XS features. However, I have never had a camera before. This camera is not only super cute and fun but it is also very easy to use. The instructions were very straightforward and I as able to assemble the battery and film within minutes. While the camera was inexpensive, the film can be quite costly. The average price is a dollar a sheet.

I am completely obsessed with my camera and I cannot wait to take it on adventures. While the quality is not as good as an iphone, the photos produced have a vintage look which I love. The first photoshoot I did with my polaroid camera is with some pastries my dad made (see featured photo).

I highly recommend buying this camera whether you are a pro or beginner photographer. It is so much fun taking pictures of landscapes and pictures with your friends. In addition, the camera also has a selfie mode. I love how quickly the photos develop.

The only tricky part is lining up the lens with the center of the subject. The viewpoint of the camera is location on the side of the lens. As a result, the subject was not in the center of my first few photos.

The camera comes in many different colors and you can also buy instant film with different colorful borders. This is the perfect gift for any teenager or young adult. I love making memories with it!
