Outdoor Emory: Tallulah Gorge State Park

Emory has an amazing outdoor club called Outdoor Emory. It is actually one of the largest clubs on campus. I have gone on several trips before such as Black Rock State park and white water rafting. This weekend, we went to Tallulah Gorge State Park which is located in north Georgia near the state lines. The rainy weather made the hike more challenging for sure. I was sweating but also cold at the same time. We spotted by the different overlooks and did a small hike down to the bridge. The stairs back up killed my knees. I loved this trip though. It was super relaxing and I am super glad that I could go with my friends.

I cannot wait to go on more Outdoor Emory trips and explore more of what Northern Georgia has to offer!
